Please carefully read all of the following content before installing and registering as a customer of the Miaowang software products. Minors should read this content accompanied by their legal guardians. By using the Miaowang software products, you voluntarily agree to all the contents of these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these Terms of Service, please do not install, use, register for, or otherwise use our products.
1. Confirmation and Acceptance of the Terms of Service

3. Rules for the Registration and Management of Miao.com Software Accounts
3.1 Registration information for Miao.com Software product accounts includes, but is not limited to, your account name, avatar, password, and all information entered when registering or updating a Miao.com Software product account.
3.2 When registering a Miao.com Software product account, you undertake to comply with the seven baseline requirements of laws and regulations, the socialist system, national interests, the lawful rights and interests of citizens, public order, social morality, and information authenticity. You may not include any illegal or objectionable information in your Miao.com Software account registration information, and you warrant that, when registering and using the account, you will not engage in any of the following activities:
(1) Violating the Constitution or the provisions of laws and regulations;
(2) Endangering national security, divulging state secrets, subverting state power, or undermining national unity;
(3) Damaging national honor and interests or harming the public interest;
(4) Inciting ethnic hatred or ethnic discrimination, or undermining ethnic unity;
(5) Undermining the country's religious policies, or promoting cults or feudal superstition;
(6) Spreading rumors, disrupting social order, or undermining social stability;
(7) Disseminating obscene, pornographic, gambling-related, violent, murderous, or terrorist content, or content that incites crime;
(8) Insulting or defaming others, or infringing upon the lawful rights and interests of others;
(9) Containing any other content prohibited by laws or administrative regulations.
If illegal or objectionable information, or incorrect or untrue information, is found in your account information, such as your account avatar or personal profile, when you register, log in to, or use the account, Miao.com Software products have the right to take measures including notifying you to make corrections within a specified period, suspending use, and canceling your user qualification. If you impersonate an affiliated organization or public figure when logging in, using, or entering an account name, avatar, or personal profile, Miao.com Software products have the right to cancel use of the account and report the matter to the relevant government authorities.
3.3 You are responsible for the Miao.com Software product account you register, and you warrant that only you may use your Miao.com Software account. The account may not be transferred, given as a gift, or inherited.
3.4 You bear full responsibility for all operations and statements made using your registered Miao.com Software product account and password, and you agree to keep your account and password properly secure. You shall bear any losses resulting from disclosure of your password. If you discover that another person has impersonated or stolen your account or password, or that any other unauthorized use has occurred, you must immediately notify Miao.com Software products through an effective method and request that Miao.com Software products suspend the relevant services. At the same time, you understand that Miao.com Software products require a reasonable period to act on your request. Before Miao.com Software products take action, they assume no liability for instructions that have already been executed or for any losses you incur as a result.
4. Changes and Discontinuation of Miaowang Software Products
Miaowang Software Products are continually changing and improving their services. Miaowang Software Products may add or remove certain features or services, and may also suspend or permanently discontinue this product. You agree that Miaowang Software Products have the right to exercise the above rights without bearing any liability to you or any third party.
5. Privacy Policy
You acknowledge and agree that, in order to provide you with better product features and services, MiaoNet software products will collect and integrate your personal information when you voluntarily choose to use a service or provide information. When you use MiaoNet software product services, the server will automatically record certain information, including but not limited to URLs, IP addresses, browser types, languages used, and dates and times of access. To facilitate your login to or use of MiaoNet software product services, MiaoNet software products may use technologies such as cookies when necessary and send the information collected to the corresponding servers. You may choose to accept or reject cookies. If you choose to reject cookies, you may be unable to log in to or use services or functions that depend on cookies. The information collected by MiaoNet software products will become part of MiaoNet software products' ordinary business records and may be transferred to the successor company of MiaoNet software products or a designated party due to transfer, merger, acquisition, reorganization, or other reasons. (2) It is necessary to comply with applicable laws and regulations, including providing your registration information, the information content you publish on MiaoNet Cloud web pages, the time when it was published, and the Internet address or domain name when requested by relevant state authorities; or
(3) It is necessary to protect and maintain the intellectual property rights and other important rights of MiaoNet software products; or
(4) It is necessary to make every effort to protect the privacy and security of you and the general public in an emergency; or
(5) Under other circumstances stipulated in these Terms or deemed necessary by MiaoNet software products.
6. Force Majeure
Miaowang Software Products shall not be liable for losses caused by force majeure. Force majeure under these Terms of Service includes natural disasters; changes in laws, regulations, or government directives; causes specific to the nature of network services, such as failures of domestic or overseas basic telecommunications operators, defects in computer or internet-related technologies, limitations on internet coverage, computer viruses, hacker attacks, and other objective circumstances that are unforeseeable, unavoidable, and insurmountable within the scope permitted by law.
7. Rules of Use
(1) Miaowang Software Products are intended for your personal, non-commercial use only.
(2) Miaowang Software Products may incorporate other third-party open-source programs or plugins. Miaowang Software Products respect their open-source licenses, and you should respect their lawful rights and interests and use them lawfully in accordance with the principle of good faith. You may not modify, copy, publicly display, publish, distribute, or otherwise use these contents for any public or commercial purpose in any manner.
(3) When you use Miaowang Software Products and the services they provide, Miaowang Software Products have the right to charge you service fees in accordance with the applicable service fee descriptions, orders, or agreements. Miaowang Software Products have the right to establish and adjust service fee standards. The applicable service fee standards shall be those published on the Miaowang Software Products website or in its client when you use Miaowang Software Products, or those specified in the agreement on service fees signed between you and Miaowang Software Products or between you and a third party entrusted by Miaowang Software Products.
(4) You have the right to choose the services provided by Miaowang Software Products and receive the technical support provided by Miaowang Software Products.
(5) You warrant that, when using Miaowang Software Products, you will not use technical or other means to engage in any of the following activities without authorization, including but not limited to: using, renting, lending, copying, modifying, linking to, reproducing, compiling, presenting, publishing, establishing mirror sites, or developing related derivative products, works, services, plugins, add-ons, compatibility features, interconnection services, or other similar offerings with the unauthorized assistance of Miaowang Software Products;
(6) You warrant that you will not modify, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, reverse assemble, reverse compile, or otherwise obtain source code from Miaowang Software Products;
(7) You warrant that you will not abuse Miaowang Software Products or the services they provide, including but not limited to using Miaowang Software Products or the services they provide to infringe the intellectual property rights or lawful interests of Miaowang Software Products or others, or to engage in other such activities. Miaowang Software Products reserve the right to terminate the provision of services to you if you infringe the lawful rights of these products.
(8) You warrant that, when using Miaowang Software Products, the services provided by Miaowang Software Products, or publishing content through Miaowang Software Products, you will comply with national and local laws and regulations, industry practices, and public morals, and will not use the services provided by Miaowang Software Products to store, publish, or disseminate the following information or content:
(a) Any content (information) that violates national laws, regulations, or policies;
(b) Political propaganda or news information that violates national regulations;
(c) Information involving national secrets or security;
(d) Information involving feudal superstition, obscenity, pornography, vulgarity, or the instigation of crime;
(e) Prize-based betting or gambling games;
(f) Information that violates national ethnic or religious policies;
(g) Information that jeopardizes the security of Internet operations;
(h) Information that infringes the lawful rights and interests of others;
(i) Other information or content detrimental to social order, public security, or public morals.
You shall comply with all other rules and procedures of Miaowang Software Products. You shall bear legal liability for your conduct while using Miaowang Software Products or the services they provide. Forms of your legal liability include but are not limited to compensating those whose rights have been infringed and, after Miaowang Software Products have first assumed administrative penalties or liability for infringement damages resulting from your conduct, providing Miaowang Software Products with equivalent compensation. If you violate the foregoing provisions, Miaowang Software Products have the right, based on their independent judgment, to immediately suspend or terminate some or all services provided to you, including freezing or canceling your account's access permissions and taking other such measures.
8. Notices
All notices sent to you may be delivered by email, regular mail, or announcements posted in a prominent location within MiaoNet Software products. MiaoNet Software products will use one of the methods described above to deliver messages to you regarding modifications to the Terms of Service, changes to products or services, or other important matters.
To ensure that users are promptly and fully informed about the various services provided by MiaoNet, the user agrees that MiaoNet may send the user various commercial text messages repeatedly and over an extended period without obtaining the user's consent again.
9. Content and Trademark Ownership
Except for content or technology authorized by third parties, all content of Miaowang software products or services provided by them belongs to Miaowang and is protected by the Copyright Law, Trademark Law, Patent Law, Anti-Unfair Competition Law of the People's Republic of China, corresponding international treaties, and other intellectual property laws and regulations. Therefore, you may use such content only under the authorization of Miaowang software products. Without the written consent of Miaowang software products, you may not copy or reproduce such content without authorization for any commercial or non-commercial purpose, create derivative products related to the content, or authorize third parties to implement, use, or transfer the aforementioned intellectual property rights by means of transfer or licensing.
Miaowang has the right to place various advertisements and promotional information in Miaowang software products, either through or within the services.

Miaowang Software Products will endeavor to maintain the security and convenience of all services it provides, but assumes no responsibility for the deletion, storage failure, or loss of information appearing in the services (including, without limitation, information you save). By using this product, you acknowledge the risks that may arise from using Miaowang Software. In addition, Miaowang Software Products has the right to determine whether your conduct complies with these Terms of Service. If you violate these Terms of Service, Miaowang Software Products has the right to suspend or terminate your use of Miaowang Software Products and the services it provides.
Miaowang Software Products are developed by Miaowang Company. Miaowang Company legally owns the intellectual property rights in the patents, copyrights, designs, and other intellectual property of Miaowang Software Products, as well as all information content related to Miaowang Software Products, including, without limitation, text, images, files, information, materials, website architecture, and page designs.
You own the intellectual property rights to content created using Miaowang Software Products. You are personally responsible for any disputes over rights or legal liabilities arising from any content created using Miaowang Software, which are unrelated to Miaowang Software Products or Miaowang Company.
11. Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, excluding the application of any conflict-of-laws provisions.
In the event of a dispute, you and Miaonet Software Products agree that the dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the People's Court of Shangluo City, Shaanxi Province.
12. Miscellaneous
Unless otherwise proven, the data stored on its servers by Miaowang Software Products is the only valid evidence of your use of Miaowang Software Products or the services it provides.
These Terms shall take effect from the date of publication and constitute the consensus between you and Miaowang Software Products. The failure of Miaowang Software Products to exercise, timely exercise, or fully exercise any rights under these Terms or otherwise granted by law shall not be deemed a waiver of such rights, nor shall it affect Miaowang Software Products' exercise of such rights in the future.
