Six Questions Asked Before Buying

Can I use it without an activation code?
Yes. Import, organize, and read unlimited books; the 3D bookshelf and all four readers are fully available. Only exporting EXE / HTML / FLBX output, kiosk mode, and brand customization require a genuine license activation.
Will my books be uploaded to a server?
No. Books, covers, and playback queues are stored locally, not in the cloud; the software only goes online when you actively activate it or check for updates. This bookshelf is your digital asset library, and your assets always stay in your own hands.
Recipient doesn't have MW Bookshelf installed — how can they read the books I sent?
Export as an EXE file that recipients can read by double-clicking; unzip the HTML offline package to open it; for FLBX encrypted books, enter the access code to read within the validity period — no software installation required.
Can I still read an FLBX encrypted book after it expires?
No. You set the usage period at export time (1 / 7 / 30 / 90 days or permanent), and it expires automatically; combined with "no re-export", it's ideal for paid materials and time-limited delivery.
Can one computer serve as a store display machine?
Yes. After enabling display mode, only reading remains available, and settings and closing require a password. Combined with automatic full-screen on startup, it becomes a public reading terminal. The genuine version also lets you customize the logo and app name.
Which systems are supported? Will future upgrades cost money?
Currently win10,win11 Desktop version; the interface includes 13 built-in languages. Upgrade via "Check for Updates" in the software; updates are free during a genuine license.
